When Congressman Etheridge voted for President ObamA's gargantuan budget, he promised the record breaking spending and debt would create jobs. But the jobs aren't in Sanford or Dunn or Nashville or Louisburg or Pittsboro or North Carolina. Where are they? In Washington, DC. According to the Wall Street Journal, the federal government added 103,000 employees last year and plans on adding another 170,000 this year.
